  • lack of mental awareness
  • fever

If the results of your biopsy come back positive for fatty liver disease it is likely your doctor will put you on a healthier diet and make some minor changes to your lifestyle. Some of the changes to your lifestyle could be reducing or eliminating sugary drinks and alcoholic beverages and increasing regular physical exercise.
